Owww Eli had a cannula put into his HEAD because all the other veins were exhausted :( The nurse said it didn't hurt him but I don't believe her, I'll stick a needle in her head and see how much she likes it

Stupid stupid dirty long line gave Eli an infection. He got a fever and needed another blood transfusion and for the first time since he was born had to go back on CPAP :( Very quiet today but the Doctor said once the line was removed he had started to improve. You can see the bruise on his hand from all the injections

CAN'T believe how much he has changed....amazing.

I didn't see it while holding them and when I was looking back at the photos I had to go in and check I was holding the right baby. OMG maybe they switched babies....*panic

No no he gave me a smile earlier and you couldn't mistake that cheeky grin!

Yahhhh we are in clothes territory * panics slightly because I only have 4 preemie baby gro's. Weight is up to 2.95lbs, nearly at the magic 3! Hopefully back on feeds tomorrow and off the antibiotics

Just hanging around whistling a tune.... except I've never heard music and don't know any tunes. How weird is that? I suppose he would have heard music in the womb and used to kick like mad when I would sing in the car. I am NOT going to burst into song in the ICU, it's not fair on the other babies. Might shove a pair of headphones in and give him an 'al blast :)
